Children and Youth at North Ridge

At North Ridge we believe that our mission starts with our children. Children's ministry plays a vital role here at North Ridge.   Our children's and youth ministries are designed to teach kids that they are loved by God and He is for them. The Gospel is Good News for the young and old alike. That is why we encourage children and students to participate in gatherings specifically geared toward helping them connect into community with Jesus and with each other. Our children and youth ministries are lead by passionate adults who love Jesus and want to see the next generation come into a growing and lasting relationship with Him. 


The safety of your child is important to us.  We want to provide a safe learning environment where children can learn more about God and learn practical ways to follow him in their daily life. Each of our volunteers are vetted and trained to care for your child and provide for them a safe environment where they can learn about and experience the love of Jesus. All volunteers have had a background check and have a history of caring for and working with children.

Cuddle Kids

0 - 3 years

Cuddle Kids is a ministry for your 0-3 year old child. More than a nursery, it is our hope that Cuddle Kids will be the beginning of a lifelong journey of following Jesus. Children are read to, played with, and cared for in a manner that shows them that they are loved by Jesus and that there is a group of people in the church that will care for them and partner with you to raise them up as disciples of Christ.











Ridge Kids

K-4th Grades

Filled with activities, worship music, singing, and a weekly Bible lesson, Ridge Kids at North Ridge sets students on a path toward a lifelong commitment to following Jesus. Ridge Kids meet during the worship service and each class is led by two trained volunteers who are passionate about showing Christ's love for children. It’s an exciting environment and a safe place for your children to learn about God.


Green Team: 3 - 5 years old


Blue Team: Kindergarten - 2nd grades


Red Team: 3rd-5th grades





Energize Youth

6th-8th grades and 9th-12th grades

We strive to give our youth an opportunity to know Jesus in a safe and loving environment through Food, Faith, Fellowship, and Fun.


North Ridge Community Church desires to see students active in the daily life of the church, participating in various missions as their gifts allow.  We want our students to grow alongside adults as they discover what it means to become a disciple of Jesus.  Our mission of connecting people in community with Jesus and each other extends to our students and their community as well. Join us as we connect, grow, and bless others.


Energize meets each Wednesday night from 6:30-8:00pm.
