Our Worship

At North Ridge Community Church we believe we were created to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.  Worship isn't a boring set of rituals carried out by disengaged individuals, but rather the unified body of Christ gathering to praise His name and receive His grace.  Worship is an exciting and life-giving time that begins our week as we carry God's promises into our homes and work places.

Our Welcome

When you arrive for worship you will be warmly welcomed.  It is important to us that you feel included in our family at North Ridge from the moment you pull into the parking lot.

Worshiping God is something that can be done anywhere.  Our worship services are held in a gymnasium.  Each week a large team of volunteers set up stage, lights, a sound system, seats, tables, curtains, and coffee so that we can create a warm environment that helps cut down on distractions so we can turn our focus to God.

Our Children

North Ridge welcomes children of all ages.  Our children's ministries are designed to engage children of every age, teaching them the truth of God's word in a way that will excite them and make sense to them.  Safety is important to us so when you come to worship we will be happy to show you where you can securely check your child into their classroom.  All of our teachers have been through background checks and training so that we can provide the safest environment possible for your child to learn.  Click on the picture to learn more about our children's ministries.

Our Music

At North Ridge we believe that music is one of our greatest forms of expression.  We use a variety of modern instruments to create a space that is casual and warm and encourages singing.  Music is a gift from God and part of the created order and singing is a ministry that belongs to all the people of God.  That being said, while the music is uplifting, we don't put on a concert, we invite you to worship with us.

Our Clothes

We have one simple request at North Ridge Community Church.  Come as you are.  Our family at North Ridge is made up of people with many different backgrounds, professions, family dynamics, personalities and schedules.  Some people like to wear their best clothes and some come straight from the job.  You might see polo shirts and dresses worshiping along side a guy in a Harley Davidson shirt.  Please don't think too hard about what to wear.  We aren't worried about it and you shouldn't be either.
