At North Ridge, our desire is that people will experience the joy that comes from using their talents and gifts for the glory of God. When we participate in this way, it helps us to be more rooted in Christ and fueled by His grace. Our music and tech ministries exist to provide people space to receive the grace that God gives us through worship. Music ministry is as old as the Church and those who are gifted in playing instruments and singing have long been part of filling God's temple with beauty. The arts have also been an integral part of filling the space within Christian gathering spaces for worship. Technology allows us to utilize music and the arts as we gather and lift praise to God while receiving grace upon grace.

Here are some of the things you can expect as you join the worship team.

We are a team that exists to worship God with our talents and gifts. We invite our church family to participate with us in worship through, music, prayer, message, sharing the story of the Gospel, and serving together in mission for the Kingdom of God.

We are gracious to each other.

We strive for excellence, but not at the expense of rest from the demands of the world, and grace for each other in our journey.

We care for one another as we live alongside each other.

We care for our own individual walk with Jesus Christ as we are sanctified.

We are a part of the church at North Ridge Community Church as well as the Church through which Christ is restoring the world.

We are witnesses to His restoration and we sing about it.

We worship freely as the Holy Spirit works through us each week.

Practically we meet on Wednesday nights at 7pm to rehearse the music for the service on the following Sunday.

We communicate early and often through Planning Center's "services app" .

We arrive to worship on Sunday mornings at 7:30am to run through the service together and pray.

Periodically we meet as a team, with our families, to eat together and celebrate what God is doing through our team.
